Astoria, Oregon ~ April 28, 2010"No Dumping, Drains to River"
I've been seeing a lot of similar signs on the streets in places such as Astoria, Portland, and Bend. Of course, I was first attracted by the image of a fish on the street, then I read the message.

Boy, do we need a million or signs like that around here! The fish is a nice touch... makes you forget we are talking about sewage. :-)
