Sacramento, California ~ April 6, 2008It's not a movie set, and it's not Egypt. I took this photo from a delightful outdoor restaurant on the Sacramento River. I believe the building holds offices - possibly government offices, but I'm not sure about that part.

Looks like a modern South American building rather than an Egyption to me!
And I am thinking: Only in California. :) (or Egypt, of course.)
