Greeter at the University

Tucson, Arizona ~ December 27, 2004
University of Arizona

This unusually-shaped cactus stands tall in front of one of the early administration buildings on the campus of the University of Arizona. I don't know the history of this building, but the university was started "in the middle of the desert" in 1885.

Reminds me of a lady with a fur coat on. Nice "greeter"! :)

This looks like something the Univ. of Arizona would have on their campus. I mean, really! What a bunch of bozos.

And I mean that sincerely not just because I'm an Arizona State alumnus!

Heh, heh!

I think it's beautiful. It looks like a prop for a science fiction movie, like something that would grow on another planet.

That's certainly an unusual looking cactus. Would love to see a real on like that!
