Because the world is amazing . . .
Very nice! From an airplane I presume?
Gorgeous. So much better than my one passable shot of Mt Rainier from above!
Breathtaking scenery!Léia :)
Fantastic! Even more when you think the shot was taken through glass, right?
Yes, JM and Pat - Through the glass, I was not hang gliding :) This was a rare day and we flew RIGHT over the mountain. In fact, we had beautiful clear skies all the way past the Rocky Mountains. And I had my camera out!
OMG; It was amazing. I'm speechless
Stunning! You certainly have another career waiting at the door, should you choose to change one day... Absolutely stunning. Take it from one that has lived with a professional photographer for the past 30 years.
Okay, so I saw your comments on our mutual blogger friends about this shot and I wondered how did I miss that? And now I see I've missed a whole batch of posts! I thought I was signed up to email to all of your blogs. Did you change something, Sheryl? I stopped getting all but the Astoria posts. Am re-signing up.
Silly me... forgot to comment. This really IS a stunning photo of Mt Hood, Sheryl! I only recently discovered that images can come out more than okay through glass, so I've started easing up on my rule not to shoot through a window. This one is superb! And lucky you and Lee with the weather!
This looks really amazing...
Thank you for sharingThis Wonderful work with usGood creations
very cool image..wow!
Sheryl, what kind of camera (and lens?) did you use for this shot? Double Wow! Where were you when you took it?
