King angelfish

Off of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ~ February 2, 2007

The water was murky, but the king angelfish with their blazing yellow tails hovered in abundance. The snorkeling guide had brough bread to feed them, so there was a lot of commotion over who got the goodies.

  4. How cool! They eat bread? Now I'm imagining little fish bakeries way down in the depths... ;)

  5. This is amazing!!! I'm 'addicted' to the reef habitat and although I'm not much of a diver, I do snorkle a lot when travelling in the tropics. Also I'm a tropical fish hobbyist, so this wonderful photo means a lot to me.
