When I think of the Vatican, I think of many things, but I never thought about the gardens until I visited. The gardens are delightful, and these daisy-like flowers were blooming beautifully near the cactus garden - which was really an unexpected discovery. Maybe Krise of "Floral Friday" can tell me what they are.

These are gorgeous! And you're right, 'cause when I think "Vatican," I think piles of stone and musty old rooms and funny old men wearing dresses.
ReplyDeleteOh I've got the name on the tip of my tongue, I love these. Why can't I remember it? Not much help am I, lol!
ReplyDeleteI think they are Osteospermums - a type of African daisy. Hmmm. When I think of the Vatican I don't think of gardes either. What a nice surprise!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers. Even to me Vatican city has never been linked to gardens. For me it has been places of churches/
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Just what we need now to remind us of the warm times.
